Celebrities introduce the E-Cigarette to Hollywood

There is a new trend taking over in Hollywood, one that seems both centered in style and health, with many A-list celebrities leading the pack. This is the release of the Electronic Cigarette into mainstream Hollywood. Spotted perched between the lips of celebrities and musicians alike, this new smokeless cigarette device is getting widespread recognition. The electronic cigarette is a battery-powered device that looks like a cigarette and emits a smoke-like nicotine vapor. Many enthusiasts claim the e-cigarette is substantially safer than real cigarettes while still satisfying all the cravings of real smoking. With the health conscious mind-state of Hollywood and LA, it only makes sense that celebrities see the advantage of using the new smokeless product over real cigarettes, on stage and off.
One of the most notorious promotions of e-cigarettes was Katherine Heigl’s infamous appearance on David Letterman, where touted the e-cigarette as a safe and effective alternative. In-fact the majority of her appearance on the show was centered around the device.
